    "C " code : Malaysia Amendment   Section 6     No one is allowed to import any animal without licence. Order made under section 5(1) subsection (a) , no one shall import any animal or bird except with licence in that behalf under Animal Protection Law 1953.The licence can be obtain in any state by writing application to state director with prescribed fee payment . Any one who imports any animal without licences contrary to subsection (1) shall be fine RM 5 Thousand or 2 years imprisonment or both . This law help to avoid accidental disease brought from a state spread to another state.
